Riesling

Riesling originates in Germany, along the Rhine River. Since the second half of the nineteenth century, this noble grape variety has also been successfully cultivated in Alto Adige. Light yellow in color with greenish highlights, it is fruity on the palate, with notes reminiscent of peach and apricot and stands out with a fresh finish thanks to its well-balanced acidity.
